What is needed to get started?
To get started access to your web based TMS is needed to fully utilize Ellie’s knowledge (lane history, preferences, equipment types, etc) This is done via APIs to your TMS.
Is each Carrier Reps extension independent of the others?
The memory layer of Ellie works across the carrier floor. Owned carriers are not shared which ensures reps own those relationships.
