How long is implementation?
Ellie deploys via a Chrome extension and integrates directly with your TMS. Setup and training are quick, as the extension works directly with your operations.
What is needed to get started?
To get started, access to your web-based TMS is required to fully utilize Ellie’s knowledge (lane history, preferences, equipment types, etc.). This is enabled via APIs to your TMS.
Is each Carrier Rep’s extension independent of the others?
Ellie’s memory layer works across the carrier floor. Owned carriers are not shared, ensuring reps maintain ownership of their relationships.
Is my data secure or being shared?
